I'm doing the MC Road Runner's Experience Marathon Program again. When I actually do the work, it gives me good results. I haven't really trained for anything in a long time. I'm looking forward to see what I can do with this.

Chicago will be one of my last marathons. I'm pretty much done. Aside from Disney, which isn't really about running a race, I've only got a few more I want to do.

Half marathons require a lot less work and leave me a lot less trashed at the end.
