Thank you! And I love the three-fish idea, too. I think people appreciate (and are more likely to follow) guidelines that incorporate some humor. I'm not sure the situation on the more-populated Front Range (the area including Denver and most of the big cities in Colorado) but I think that our moderate population, plus the general discouraging of people from traveling to recreate (but saying it's okay to recreate locally) keeps things relatively chill here.
