I know, right? There's a lot of rocks like that in this park (and actually in this part of the country) - here's another! It's actually a single column of rock that has been eaten away from the sides by wind and water erosion.

Sometimes they eventually topple, but it's astonishing to me how many balanced rock formations are in the Southwest.
