Hee, well, I have a slight advantage in that I live at 6600 ft, so being at 9200+ doesn't faze me much. But I suspect sea-level tourists here have the same problems that they do in Colorado.
The fruit is so cheap and tasty! Food in general is about 2/3 the cost for the equivalent quality in the US, IMHO. And of course there are things you just don't get in the US, like guanábana.
