So happy for your race! And all the data is right up my alley. Looks like you kept a pushing right through the elevation drop :). I actually think you executed the race very well. With your warm up and the positive splits. I mean- I don't know any better way to race 5k than to go out really hard and just try to hang on. 7:22 on the last mile, uphill, is very good. I wonder if you have a new HR max- since all the practicing? Have you tested for max recently?
