no sleep for the wicked
Jan. 12th, 2003 11:41 amFor the past three or so weeks my sleep patterns have been hellish. I have not managed to fall asleep before 2 am, and I almost always wake around 7 or 8, so I'm running a serious deficit. This is not good. I used to be a morning person, and I miss it. I also have no energy.
A few days ago, the boyfriend of the woman who lives downstairs from us moved in with her. Now sleep is even more elusive, as they have loud conversations at midnight and watch television in their bedroom, directly under ours, even later. I am doomed.
