I guess as long as the US's population keeps on growing rapidly ... investing in real estate will always be a winning proposition.
Unless someone figures out how to make a lot more land ... like they're doing in Hawaii ... but much faster. Or in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, they're building those man-made islands out in the gulf.
