Some of them are really clever. But too many of them suffer from "liberal humor syndrome" - a common failure among the Sandalnista set to understand what makes something funny, or to trust their audience to get the joke. Case in point, poster 35: "We'll take care of the Axis of Evil - You take care of domestic dissent!" Short, sweet, nicely juxtaposed with the image - a solid piece of satire. But then it whinges on for seven bullet points, each more heavy-handed, self-righteous, and humorless than the last. The 15 seconds one spends slogging through the cold oatmeal at the bottom of the poster destroys the entire impact of the piece. The crack against SUVs on the carpooling one turned the whole poster sour. And appending each on with a "A message from..." - unnecessary. Too many go from clever to shrill on that note alone - it really reduces the power of "Patriotism means no questions," for instance.
