ilanaramaI just got a phone message from the director of "Crimes of the Heart" telling me that he hopes I'm showing up for rehearsal tonight, because I'm playing Chick.
I'd feel better about this if 1) he hadn't called a mere four hours before rehearsal, and 2) Chick had been one of the parts I'd actually read for.
Oh, well. I guess somebody else backed out at the last minute. But Chick's a bitch and she's gonna be fun.
