Extra! Extra! Stop the presses!

It was big news here recently, too, when CSPI held their press conference revealing that ice cream is just TERRIBLE for you. While I think people probably could benefit from understanding that a single milkshake can easily contain twice the US RDA of fat for an adult, CSPI's Chicken Little act does make them look a bit ridiculous.

Ice Cream is only fattening if you eat a lot and
don't exercises.

Fortunately, I only eat Gelato.
Since it's European, it's completely non-fattening
and good for you. :-)

Of course, the best use of ice-cream is to make
beer floats. Yumm!
