Over here, that stuff has caused a minor uproar, because people have used it to spray over numberplates (ObUS: License plates). At the less serious end of things, they can then drive past automatic speed cameras without said camera providing sufficient evidence to identify the vehicle...
One of the silliest things I've ever heard of people paying for ... not since I heard Jennifer Lopez pays someone to "tweak" her nipples before a photo shoot.
Sounds like a good business to start here in the US, "pay me $10, and I'll throw mud on your pickup", or should I charge $100?
And we're having a special this week on nipple tweaks ... buy one get one free.
