After a mountain bike class yesterday, I dared to bike down a trail that connects to this one. I crashed. I still hurt.

Ouch; I hope it wasn't anything serious. On a slightly morbid note, a cow orker from my last job fractured his pelvis while mountain biking in Switzerland, and had to be air-lifted to hospital.
