And when I left Suzi's place at 10:30pm, there was enough ice on my windshield that it took a borrowed scraper (I don't even own one, not one that'll deal with real ice) and about ten minutes' work before I could see well enough to get home. *is a complete weather wuss*
All y'all cold climate types, you can keep the frozen-precipitation weather in all its forms, and welcome to it.
It's nicer when it falls as little pretty white flakes that slide off your body! Rain gets you wet when you walk back home through it and you didn't bring an umbrella because it's January, and that stormy-looking sky augurs snow, right?
